The Law suggests establishing temporary (up till December 31, 2015) new qualification criteria for participants of procurement procedures, according to which, customers can require the participant to “have equipment and material and technical base, including the in-house facilities and/ or service centers on the territory of Ukraine…”, instead of “presence of equipment and material and technical base” as provided by the existing provision.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0884.
